Hi guys

Can someone please define what is meant by 'Proper Postings'?

Does it mean 20 new threads/topics started by the member?

It's just that I've replied to 23 post and still cannot download anything.

Yuo have to share 20 cover/label (dvd or bluray, dont matter)
